研究概要

新型反应的开发及复杂天然产物的全合成

Evans教授最有名的人名反应当属Evans-Aldol Reaction[1](mechanismfrom Strategic Applicationsof Named Reactions inOrganic Synthesis),图1。通过使用从氨基酸得到的手性噁唑烷酮辅基,可以得到顺式的aldol产物。这种条件下的aldol反应可靠性高,可以运用到大量反应中,并且立体化学容易预测,因此,在许多复杂天然产物的合成中都有良好的运用。Evans-Aldol反应和不对称烯丙基硼化反应一起,在链式化合物的合成与立体结构的控制中,仍然被经常使用着。
