Stille偶联反应的开发
博士后研究员的时候在合作教授John K. Stille的实验室、参与了现在被称为Stille偶联反应的人名反应的开发[1]。
Pincer型脱氢催化剂的开发
开发出了新型Pincer型的金属催化剂,实现了多种催化脱氢反应的开发。
通过脱氢直接由醇和胺合成酰胺的方法是一种非常绿色环保的转化手法[2]。由David Milstein开发的下图所示的催化剂,伴随着磷的α位的脱质子化进行的金属-配体协同型催化机理能够高效的实现醇到酰胺或者到酯的转换。
